In order to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience, we provide a 100% warranty on all our products. If the product you received contain manufacturing defect, or we sent the color/size wrongly, you can return the product for 1 to 1 exchange.
1- In order to organize an exchange, buyer must inform us by email ([email protected]) within 72 hours after products received and request for an exchange under these terms and conditions.
2- Products must be return in original condition, with all tags attached, original undamaged box and/or packaging.
3- Please be noted that the following products are excluded from our returns policy due to hygiene reasons:
d) Bedding (Bedsheets, pillow, bolster, quilt, comforter)
e) Linen (Pillowcases, bolster cases)
f) Towels (face, hand, bath)
g) Opened Mattresses
h) All socks, handkerchiefs and hosiery
Can I request for refund?- Sure, we are providing a 72 hours money refund guarantee.
How to request for exchange or refund?
1- Email the following details to [email protected] within 72 hours of received the product and provide the following information:
-Exchange or refund reason
2- Please wait for our confirmation before returning the product, our staff will reply your email within 2 working days.
3- The product must be return within 7 days of received our confirmation email.
Who will bear the shipping fees and when I can get the replace product?
Incase of product exchange:
- We will bear RM6 for West Malaysia, while RM10 for East Malaysia (If we deliver colour, size or product which are different with the order you placed) as your return shipping fees.
- If we have ready stock for the product, buyer will receive it within 2-3 working days if no delay from courier. But if the product is out of stock, we will take 8-14 working days to deliver if no delay from courier. (We will call buyer if out of stock)
Incase of refund:
- Buyer must return the product at their own cost, we will proceed to refund within 3 working days once we received the return product.
*We will only refund the product's cost, which mean will not included postage fee. (Which automatically charged in the order)
But however, different action might take for special case.
