Refund & Exchange Policy

 

 

We aim to provide our buyers with the best online shopping experience.

We provide Unconditional 7 Days Money Back Guarantee or Exchange Request on all our product deals. 

 

 

 


1. In order to request for an exchange or refund, buyer must inform us by email the following details to (inquiry.grouptime@outlook.com)  :

i. Order number.

ii. Buyer name.

iii. Exchange or refund reason.

iv. Bank details (bank name, bank account number, and account owner name).

 

2. Product must be return in original condition.

3. Please wait for our confirmation before returning the product. If the product returned back without our confirmation, we will not bear anything.

 

a) Refund:

■ Refund is available for 7 days ( start from the time that the buyer received the parcel ) for every product on our website. 

■ Buyer must return the product to our Merchant at their own cost after received our confirmation. We will proceed to refund procedure around 3 ~ 5 working days once Merchant received the return product.

■ We will only refund buyer through online banking.

■ It takes around 3 ~ 4 working days for the bank to successfully transfer the amount of refund.

 

b) Exchange:

■ Exchange is available for 7 days ( start from the time that the buyer received the parcel ) for every product on our website.

■ Our Merchant will bear RM6 for West Malaysia, while RM10 for East Malaysia as buyer's return shipping fees.

■ We will only remit the return shipping fees to buyer through online banking.

■ Buyer must return the product to our Merchant after received our confirmation. If Merchant have ready stock for the product, buyer may receive it within 2 ~ 3 working days if no delay from courier company. But if the product is out of stock, it may takes around 8 ~ 14 working days to deliver if no delay from courier company.

 

 

 


1. In order to request for resend, buyer must inform us by email the following details to (inquiry.grouptime@outlook.com)  :

i. Order number.

ii. Buyer name.

 

■ Buyer is responsible to keep track their parcel once they received the tracking number by email. However, if delivery is unsuccessfully and failed to contact buyer, the parcel will be place at the nearest courier company for at least a week. After that, if the parcel returned back to the Merchant, they will keep the parcel regards on returned issue. Buyer will have to contact us within 60 days to claim back their parcel. If we did not receive any notification within the time period, we will not take any further action.

■ For buyer whose parcel is unclaimed and returned back to the Merchant by courier company, Merchant will provide one time free resend back to buyer when they received buyer's noticement.

■ However, if for the second time( the order that had been applied for the first time free resend ) it is unclaimed and returned back to the Merchant, Merchant will charge buyer shipping fees ( RM 6 to West Malaysia, RM 10 to East Malaysia ).
